Refund & Return Policy


Thank you for shopping at Yummy Cosmetics, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we’re here to help.

Refunds & Returns: You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the day you received it. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be shipped in original packaging.

Please provide a photocopy of the unused product to yummycustomercare@gmail.com so once we receive the item it can create a quicker process in terms of inspection and notifying you on the status of your refund. (An email will be sent out once we receive your returned item and an email will be sent detailing whether you will receive your refund).

If your return is approved, well will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.  

Exchange: Exchanges are welcomed but are limited if only the product received was defected in anyway. You are encouraged not to tamper with the product so it does not jeopardize the chance of exchange and are required to send a photocopy of the damaged good to yummycustomercare@gmail.com along with the information that will be listed down below in order to complete the exchanged process.

Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are refunded, you will only receive payment for the item return and not the shipping.
